A reference copy of the Community Forest Management Agreement (CFMA) signed between the People of Sewacajua and the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) of Liberia. It was signed on 10 May 2017. It has a duration of 15 years and is located in Seekon, Payns, Wedjah and Juarzon Districts, Sinoe County. It is adjacent to Seekon Pellokon community forest Krahn Bassa proposed protected area and Forest Management Contract (FMC) Area I.

It is designated a commercial community forest, and various challenges regarding the community and companies have been documented:
