A notarized reference copy of the Third Party Agreement (TPA) signed between Korninga B Community Forest Management Body, on behalf of the people of Korninga B Community Forest, and Indo African Plantations Liberia Incorporated. It is dated 4 March 2019 and has a duration of 14 years. It is subject to review and revision after five years, when TPAs can be renegotiated / converted into Commercial Use Contracts.

On 29 June 2023 his Honor Zuballah A Kizeku, resident Circuit Judge, 16th Judical Circuit Court ruled this logging agreement be cancelled due to the non-performance of Indo African.
