A reference copy of the Community Forest Management Agreement (CFMA) signed between the People of Garwin Community Forest and the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) of Liberia. It was signed on 22 February 2017. This copy is only eight pages long, but there is also a ten-page unsigned copy. It has a duration of 15 years and is located in Doedain District, Rivercess County. It is adjacent to District 3B&C, Gbi and Central Morweh community forests.

It is designated a commercial community forest, and challenges regarding the relationship between the community and logging companies have been documented:
