The Centre of Sustainable Rural Development (SRD) as the chair of Steering Committee of the VNGO-FLEGT and VNGO&CC networks, facilitated two project launching workshops.  The launching workshop Strengthening the Capacity of CSOs and Stakeholders related to FLEGT/VPA introduced three capacity-building projects related to FLEGT/VPA.

Another workshop organised by SRD, Strengthening the role of VNGOs in climate change communication and policy advocacy, introduced Australian Aid funded project that aims at improving the capacity and role of VNGOs in policy formation and implementation processes.
