A reference copy of the Community Forest Management Agreement (CFMA) signed between the People of District 3B&C and the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) of Liberia. It was signed on 3 August 2018. It has a duration of 15 years and is located in Wee Statutory District, Grand Bassa County. It is adjacent to Garwin, Central Morweh, Matro and Gheegbarn 1 community forests.

It is designated a commercial community forest, and challenges regarding the relationship between the community and logging companies have been documented:
