It was signed on 24 March 2020. It has a duration of 15 years and is located in Gbardru Chiefdom and Upper Gbilibo Clan, Konobo Administrative District, Konobo Statutory District, Grand Gedeh County. It is adjacent to FMC F and designated a commercial community forest.
