A reference copy of the Third Party Agreement (TPA) signed between Sewacajua Community Forest Management Body, on behalf of the People of Sewacajua Community, and Mandra Forestry Liberia Limited. It was signed on 25 June 2017, just 6½ weeks after the CFMA. It had a duration of 15 years and TPAs are subject to review and revision every five years, including renegotiation / conversion into a Commercial Use Contract.
