When you fill in the contact form on this website, you will be requested to willingly provide your email address. This email address will be emailed to us, and we will only use to it reply to your message in the contact form.

Subscription to LoggingOff Document Updates

On our Service you are able to subscribe to receive email updates of newly updated documents. You may wish to submit your name, last name, and email address to complete the subscription. We will only be using this data to send you the updates you have explicitly selected to subscribe to. This subscription service makes use of MailChimp, and it is their servers that will be holding your data. Partner account on LoggingOff

Following your consent, we will create an account for you as a partner in order to be able to upload documents. Your email address is required for this to serve as login credential. Your first name and last name may be included in your profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Usage Data through Google Analytics

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data includes information such as an anonymised version of your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

WordPress login cookies

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
