A notarized reference copy of the Third Party Agreement (TPA) signed between Zuzohn Community Forest Management Body, on behalf of the people of Zuzohn Community, and Booming Green Liberia Inc. It was signed on 17 November 2018. It has a duration of 15 years and TPAs are subject to review and revision every five years, including renegotiation / conversion into a Commercial Use Contract.

According to the Liberia Forest Concession Review, published in February 2024 by Forest Trends, documents collected by the research team indicate that on 1 March 2021, Nexview, Booming Green, and the community signed a ‘Third Party Agreement General Release and Cancellation’, which released Booming Green and switched to a different company, Nexview Liberia Ltd, but no Third Party Agreement or Commercial Use Contract with Nexview is available.
