A reference copy of the Commercial Use Contract (CUC) signed between Konobo Community Forest Management Body, on behalf of the People of Konobo Authorised Forest Community, and Horizon Logging Ltd. It was signed on 4 May 2021. It has a duration of 15 years and to be reviewed every five years, at which time the parties can renegotiate the terms of the agreement. If no renegotiated agreement is reached, operations under this agreement shall be suspended.
