District #3 B&C Commercial Use Contract with West Water
A reference copy of the Commercial Use Contract (CUC) signed between District #3 B&C Community Forest Management Body, on behalf of the People of District #3 B&C (CF-2) Authorised Forest Community, and West Water Group (Liberia) Inc. It was signed on 3 April 2021. It has a duration of 15 years and to be reviewed every five years, at which time the parties can renegotiate the terms of the agreement. If no renegotiated agreement is reached, operations under this agreement shall be suspended.
