A reference copy of the Community Forest Management Agreement (CFMA) signed between the People of Central Morweh Community Forest and the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) of Liberia. It was signed on 21 May 2019. It has a duration of 15 years and is located in Doedain and Jo River Districts, Rivercess County. It is adjacent to District 3B & C, Garwin and Matro community forests.

It is designated as a commercial community forest but the community reports it has since sought to add a further 20% to the forest area and designate this for conservation.
