A reference copy of the Third Party Agreement (TPA) signed between Bluyeama Community Forest Management Body, on behalf of the people of Bluyeama Clan, and Sing Africa Plantations Liberia Incorporated. It was signed on 30 January 2016. It had a duration of 15 years and TPAs are subject to review and revision every five years, including renegotiation / conversion into a Commercial Use Contract.
