Martro & Kotro (Kpogblen) Third Party Agreement with Starwood Inc. 2017
A reference copy of the Third Party Agreement (TPA) signed between Martro & Kotro (Kpogblen) Community Forest Management Body, on behalf of the people of Kpogblen Clan, and Starwood Incorporated. It refers to 8,833 hectares of Martro community forest, is dated 21 July 2017 and has a duration of 15 years. It is subject to review and revision every five years, when TPAs can be renegotiated / converted into Commercial Use Contracts.
