A reference copy of the Commercial Use Contract (CUC) signed between Central Morweh Community Forest Management Body, on behalf of the People of Central Morweh Authorised Forest Community, and Kisvan Timber Corporation. It was signed on 27 February 2021. It has a duration of 15 years and to be reviewed every five years, at which time the parties can renegotiate the terms of the agreement. If no renegotiated agreement is reached, operations under this agreement shall be suspended.
