A reference copy of the contract, termed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), signed between the Gba and Zor forest Community Assembly and Solway Mining Incorprated to permit mining exploration in the Blei communty forest. It was signed on 1 June 2020. It has a duration of three years, in line with the mining exploration license held by Solway and is subject to review in Januray each year.
